These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiny Missions marketing website (the "Site") and the Tiny Missions mobile app (the "App", together the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pizza Friday Protocol LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, copy, availability, and pricing described on the Site may change before the App is released, and some functionality may not yet be available.
Tiny Missions is designed for families with children Ages 1–9. The App is intended to be used by a parent or caregiver. You may use the Service only where lawful, and you are responsible for compliance with any laws that apply to you.
Tiny Missions provides activity suggestions for you to facilitate. Activities are general ideas, not instructions tailored to your specific home, materials, or child. You remain responsible for supervising children and for judging whether any activity is safe, age-appropriate, and suitable for your family and environment. We are not liable for the outcome of any activity you choose to do.
The App does not require an account, login, or email address. You are responsible for the device on which you use the App, including any access controls and backups managed by your operating system.
When available, Tiny Missions may be offered as a subscription. The Site displays indicative pricing ($24.99/year and $2.99/month); final, localized pricing and terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are sold, billed, and managed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled through your Apple ID or Google Account. We may grant limited access (such as a trial) before a purchase; the scope of that access is at our discretion.
The Site and App, including their text, graphics, the Tiny Missions name and logo, and activity content, are owned by Pizza Friday Protocol LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any activity will be suitable or safe for your particular situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Pizza Friday Protocol LLC nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data from your device, or any injury or harm arising from an activity you choose to do — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the App stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us for the App in the prior twelve months.
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete the App from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or these Terms, at any time. The sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App or on the Site. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pizza Friday Protocol LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first; if that fails, disputes will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
